Breast surgery should enhance proportion, restore balance, and respect the long-term health of the tissues. Each procedure is planned around the patient’s anatomy, goals, and overall frame, with careful attention to support, symmetry, and natural contour.
Breast Augmentation
Enhances breast volume and shape using implants or, in selected patients, fat transfer. Planning considers breast dimensions, tissue quality, implant characteristics, and long-term soft-tissue support to achieve a proportionate and durable result.Breast Lift
Reshapes and repositions breast tissue affected by pregnancy, weight change, or aging. The operation is tailored to the degree of laxity, existing volume, and desired shape, with thoughtful placement of the necessary scars.Breast Reduction
Reduces excess breast volume and reshapes the breast to improve proportion and relieve symptoms such as neck, back, and shoulder discomfort. The goal is both functional relief and a balanced, lasting contour.Breast Implant Revision or Exchange
Addresses concerns following previous augmentation, including capsular contracture, implant malposition, rupture, asymmetry, or changes in aesthetic preference. Revision surgery requires careful evaluation of the implants, surrounding tissues, and existing breast structure.Gynecomastia Surgery
Treats excess glandular tissue, fat, or skin of the male chest. The procedure is individualized to create a flatter, more defined contour while respecting natural masculine proportions.

Body-contouring procedures address excess skin, localized fullness, and changes in proportion following pregnancy, weight loss, or aging. Planning is individualized, with careful attention to structural support, scar placement, and a balanced result that will remain durable over time.
Abdominoplasty
Removes excess abdominal skin and repairs laxity of the abdominal wall to create a firmer, more balanced torso. The operation is tailored to the degree of skin excess, fascial separation, and surrounding body proportions.Panniculectomy
Removes an overhanging apron of lower abdominal skin that may contribute to rashes, hygiene problems, discomfort, or limited mobility. Unlike abdominoplasty, its primary purpose is functional rather than comprehensive abdominal reshaping. Insurance coverage may be available when specific medical criteria are met.Lower Body Lift
Provides circumferential contouring after significant weight loss by addressing excess skin of the abdomen, flanks, lower back, and sometimes the outer thighs. The goal is improved shape, comfort, clothing fit, and waist definition.Liposuction
Treats localized fat deposits in areas such as the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and beneath the chin. Liposuction is used to improve proportion and definition rather than serve as a method of weight loss.Brachioplasty
Removes excess skin and, when appropriate, fat from the upper arms to improve shape and proportion, particularly after significant weight loss or age-related change.Thigh Lift
Removes excess skin and reshapes the inner or outer thighs to improve comfort, proportion, and the transition between the thighs and surrounding body.

Item descriptionBreast reconstruction is highly individual. The right approach depends on cancer treatment, anatomy, prior surgery, overall health, and what matters most to the patient. Reconstruction may be immediate or delayed, completed in one operation or carefully staged over time. Our role is to explain those choices clearly and develop a plan that supports both recovery and long-term breast form.
Implant-Based Reconstruction
Recreates breast shape using a tissue expander followed by an implant or, in selected patients, an implant placed at the time of mastectomy. Planning considers skin quality, breast dimensions, cancer treatment, and the possible effects of radiation.Tissue-Based Reconstruction
Uses the patient’s own tissue to reconstruct the breast, either alone or in combination with an implant. The choice of donor site and technique depends on anatomy, prior operations, treatment history, and reconstructive goals.Oncoplastic Reconstruction
Reshapes the breast at the time of lumpectomy by combining cancer removal with breast-lifting or reduction techniques. This can improve breast shape and symmetry while allowing the necessary cancer treatment to proceed.Revision of Breast Reconstruction
Addresses asymmetry, implant problems, capsular contracture, contour irregularities, discomfort, or changes that develop after previous reconstruction. Revision may involve implant exchange, pocket adjustment, scar revision, fat grafting, or conversion to another reconstructive approach.Symmetry and Refinement Procedures
Later procedures may refine breast shape, improve symmetry, soften contour irregularities, or reconstruct the nipple and areola. These finishing stages are individualized and may not be necessary for every patient.

Facial surgery should improve balance and soften the effects of aging without changing the qualities that make someone recognizable. Planning emphasizes restraint, structural support, natural expression, and how the tissues will continue to age over time.
Facelift
Repositions the deeper tissues of the face and addresses excess skin to improve definition through the lower face and jawline. The goal is a rested, balanced result that preserves natural movement and avoids an overly tightened appearance.Neck Lift
Addresses loose skin, localized fat, and muscle banding of the neck to create a smoother contour and a more defined transition between the face, jawline, and neck.Eyelid Surgery
Treats excess upper-eyelid skin and lower-eyelid fullness or laxity to create a more rested appearance while preserving natural eye shape and expression.Brow Lift
Repositions a descended brow and may soften heaviness across the upper face. Technique and degree of elevation are individualized to maintain proportion and avoid an exaggerated or surprised appearance.Rhinoplasty
Reshapes the framework of the nose to improve proportion and its relationship to surrounding facial features. When appropriate, functional concerns affecting nasal breathing may also be addressed.
-
Facial reconstruction requires careful attention to both function and appearance. Even a small defect can affect expression, symmetry, eyelid closure, breathing, or the way facial features relate to one another. Planning is guided by the location and depth of the problem, the surrounding tissue, and the importance of placing scars along natural facial boundaries whenever possible.
Skin Cancer Reconstruction
Repairs facial and scalp defects following removal of skin cancer, including Mohs surgery. Reconstruction is tailored to the size, depth, and location of the defect, with attention to preserving nearby structures and achieving the most natural contour possible.Facial Trauma Reconstruction
Treats soft-tissue injuries, fractures, and contour changes resulting from trauma. The goal is to restore facial structure, function, symmetry, and stable healing.Eyelid, Nasal, and Ear Reconstruction
Reconstructs specialized facial structures affected by cancer, injury, or prior surgery. These procedures require precise planning to preserve functions such as eyelid closure, nasal airflow, and structural support.Scar and Contour Revision
Improves prominent scars, tissue distortion, asymmetry, or contour irregularities following injury or previous surgery. Treatment may involve surgical revision, tissue rearrangement, fat grafting, or other individualized techniques.

Hand and upper-extremity care requires precision, detailed anatomical knowledge, and an understanding of how each structure contributes to motion, strength, sensation, and dexterity. Treatment is individualized to relieve symptoms, restore function, and help patients return to the activities that matter to them.
Trigger Finger
Evaluation and treatment of painful catching or locking caused by restricted tendon movement. Options may include corticosteroid injection or surgical release when appropriate.Carpal and Cubital Tunnel Syndromes
Treatment of nerve compression at the wrist or elbow that may cause numbness, tingling, weakness, pain, or loss of dexterity. Care may include activity modification, splinting, injections, diagnostic testing, or surgical decompression.Hand and Wrist Masses
Evaluation and treatment of ganglion cysts, giant cell tumors, lipomas, and other benign or potentially concerning masses. Management is guided by the diagnosis, location, symptoms, and relationship to surrounding nerves, tendons, and joints.Tendon Injuries
Repair and reconstruction of flexor and extensor tendon injuries affecting motion, strength, or finger position. Treatment and rehabilitation are tailored to the injury pattern and functional demands of the patient.Nerve Injuries and Reconstruction
Management of nerve compression, laceration, and traumatic nerve injury, including microsurgical repair, grafting, or reconstruction when indicated.Hand and Upper-Extremity Trauma
Treatment of lacerations, fractures, dislocations, crush injuries, and complex wounds. Planning emphasizes stable repair, protection of critical structures, and the timely return of motion.Hand and Wrist Arthritis
Nonoperative and surgical management of degenerative, inflammatory, and post-traumatic arthritis. Treatment is selected to reduce pain while preserving as much useful movement and strength as possible.Dupuytren’s Contracture
Treatment of progressive tightening beneath the palm that can draw one or more fingers into a bent position. Available options depend on the severity, pattern, recurrence, and effect on hand function.

Nonsurgical aesthetic treatments can soften signs of aging, improve facial balance, and support healthier skin without changing the features that make someone recognizable. Each plan is conservative, individualized, and designed to preserve natural movement and expression.
Neuromodulators
Botox® and Dysport® relax selected facial muscles to soften expression lines, including forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet. Treatment is tailored to facial movement, anatomy, and the degree of correction desired.Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers can restore selected areas of volume loss and refine facial contours. Treatment emphasizes proportion and restraint, using the amount necessary to support the face without creating an overfilled appearance.Professional Skincare
Personalized skincare recommendations address concerns such as uneven tone, texture, sun damage, and signs of aging. Regimens are selected according to skin type, individual goals, and ingredients supported by clinical evidence.
